Transferring or terminating your broadband service

You will need to complete a Migration form from us to your current broadband provider in order to move to some of our Broadband Services.

If you terminate your Broadband Service prior to the end of the Minimum Period you must pay us all charges relating to terminating your services based on closing your service earlier than the minimum term. You will pay us the total amount for the minimum contract period less any amount already received from you. If your account is suspended for the reason of non-payment of invoice, your account will only be un-suspended when you have settled the invoice in full. Where your internet or telephone service is suspended for non payment of invoice due, a reactivation of £10 to lift the suspension. This will also apply if a Direct debit fails for any reason. The same applies if your telephone line is disconnected prior to the end of your minimum term.
