We will try to give you the same set of service features that you received from your previous telephone / Broadband provider. However, you accept that this may not be possible in some limited circumstances.
Furthermore, since the service features will not always be automatically retained on transfer to Breeztel, we can only provide you with those service features which you specifically selected when signing up to our Service unless these automatically transfer from your previous supplier.
If, immediately prior to receiving the Services from us, you were a customer of BT, some calls (such as premium rate services) that appear on your Breeztel bill may involve additional call charges. We will charge you for these at our rates as set out in our list of Charges (as amended from time to time).
